We are a group of women living in the Douglas Neighborhood in the heart of Salt Lake City. This is our collection of recipes to feed ourselves, our families, and our friends. 

Pantry food and Food storage, can make tasty meals and treats, too!  Cooking with a variety of grains and legumes in particular is a healthy and inexpensive way of living.  We hope that you'll help us find the best ways out there to cook up our pantry food and food storage.
